Die Casting is a manufacturing process in which metal parts are produced very rapidly. Metal alloys are melted into a fluid state.

zinc die casting alloy can be used in a cold chamber die casting machine or a hot chamber die casting machine.
The hot chamber die casting machine automatically pumps the metal into the die casting machine.
Since, aluminum corrodes steel, zinc alloy can be used but not aluminum alloys.

- Mostly zinc is used in hardware products.
Brass Die Casting Process
The brass die casting manufacturing process, used to make metal parts using brass alloy. Brass die casting is not as common as zinc.
Brass uses an amount of lead in some of the brass alloys. Brass is used when materials need to be stronger or have a "gold" shine.
Brass is seen mostly in the plumbing industry.
Brass parts die castings are used:
- Mostly for faucets and other plumbing products.
- Heavier than other alloys in die casting.
